Addict Anonymous 3rd Step
An integrated or "wholist" perspective of praxis on how to make things change, step to program actions for changing. Meanwhile, be sure, that the most difficult is not in the understanding of this frame but to put into practice actions and ordered them. When looking at this star of 5 branches some cycles or iterations can be required as a good training for coping with 12steps and/or this piece of program. You can be flexible (the sequence of 12steps is superior, present detail may be less structured. According experience and situation you may prefer:
- 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 for the most simple flow of logical actions,
- 1 - 3 - 5 - 2 - 4 would be more exploratory or modeling some sort of analysis before design of actions,
- 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 counter clockwise could be more for the design of a strategy then to drive it to goals (another cycle)
- 4 - 2- 5 - 3 - 1 would be like a programing needing the previous accumulation of means before compromising actions and transformations.
So, especially if you have lost sense of good driving of your actions and reactions, stick to practice, methods, do it eventually before thinking to it, let the group help you, pick some standard, this one or another and with common sense adapt a program, but honestly and sincerely. It is to catch the piece and to turn well used to good habits.
