Sort of formula, suggested to manage are like: 1) Korteweg-de Vries' one for Soliton ; 2) Hysterisis (like for variable effects of learning - for example a health program have sooner and higher effects after previous training of targeted group) , 3) Verhulst's one stepwise up, like if soliton succeed to change and be empowered by some context(for example a tsunami is a is an ocean wave soliton - when it meets with the continental platform it goes up increasing its disaster on shores) .
