Basic Cell of Social Operations
Considering the joining of few generally calculable frames almost simple graphs, we may have the following olicognograph considering 1) Any sort of targeted group of kind of beneficiaries, part of a community, 2) Technical activities, 3) Management frames and 4) Sort of regulations; all incorporated in a macro unit; respectivelly a technical service, a credit system ( if we consider that primary management can be a credit system - practically of microfinance), and the mechanisms of control set either by the community, either by the credit system, either a third part (out the beneficiairies but respected by them), which can be legal.
Further then to consider the sort of patterns of processes into the matrix (either square, either hypercubic) and possibly to compare it to an aleatory-stochastic like a cell automata. Comparisons here are usefull, for example to see if the pattern of financial problems is like predictable or only stochastic. More or less detailed according transactions, services, and so on. This is meaningfull to design sorts of policies based on specific actions or just on general preparation.
Mentioning, of course, cellular automata because a sort of mechanism able to reconsider determinism, at least some of determinism based on management prejudgment not always well aware of empathic understanding of cultures, common popular sense, that can usefully be involved in good management. As examined and systematically mentioned by anthropologist, ethnologist or ergonomist really caring to understand how people do things efficiently and how much they can be ignored, mistrusted, biased not always by smart and democratic managers.
Cellular automata patterns would be like explored by S. Wolfram, consisting in matrix movments more or less ruled (not prejuding on issues and goals) and producing sort of looking like complex patterns of movments, percolations and so on.
